About Me


With over 10 years experience in the fitness industry, I can meet your fitness requirements with innovative ideas. I am also qualified in nutrition and weight management and hold qualifications such as level 3 Personal Training and Nutrition, Level 2 gym, Level 2 exercise to music, YMCA Cardio kick, BTS Body Pump, Power Plate level 1 and 2 and I attend regular conventions to ensure I am up to date with the latest trends and techniques.

I am based in ThrapstonNorthamptonshire, and covering all surrounding areas within a 10 mile radius. I am flexible with location, whether it be your home, my home, or local gym if required.

I can motivate you using a varied range of fitness equipment from the traditional dumbbells to kettlebellsTRX, resistance bands etc.

Whether you just want to tone up, lose weight or achieve a particular goal, I can use personal training methods and styles that will keep the fun in fitness whilst working towards that finish line.

I am a full member of REPS.
