Workout Options

At your home


In the comfort of your own home I can provide a full workout using proven methods that give you the same results

as in the gym.

If you tell me your goal then I will create a personal training workout plan specific to your needs.

No need to worry about having your own personal gym at home as I supply all the equipment for the session.

At the gym

Using a variety of resistance and cardio machines to create a varied workout plan, I will be able to show you how to use the gym equipment to its full potential to maximise your workout.


Why not make your sessions cheaper and split it between you and a friend?  You and your buddy can be trained at the same time whether it’s at your home or in the gym.


Are you familiar with Powerplate?

Why not experience a full hour workout using a powerplate which again, will be tailored to your specific requests.


I am fully trained in nutrition and weight management and can give you advice on a recommended eating plan, whether it be for weight loss or healthy living.

I have a flexible timetable to accommodate weekly sessions and also offer the option of doubling up your one hour session.
